CVE-2026-28967Network attack vector

Network-position denial-of-service via Telephony input validation

Published May 11, 2026 · Updated May 11, 2026

Denial of service in Apple iOS and iPadOS before 18.7.7 and before 26.4 allows attackers in a privileged network position to interrupt service. The Telephony component inadequately rejects network input before processing it; Apple has not disclosed the malformed field, parser, or resource involved. Reachability requires control of a privileged network position, and the documented consequence is limited to denial of service.
