Deleted-notification disclosure via incomplete log redaction
Published Apr 22, 2026 · Updated Apr 22, 2026
Information disclosure in Notification Services in Apple iOS and iPadOS allows local users to read retained deleted-notification data. Notification Services logs notification content without adequately redacting entries marked for deletion, leaving that content on the device. Local access to the device is required; the exposed content is limited to notification data that the device user marked for deletion.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=unspecified <18.7.8
