Unauthenticated content access via forged purchase cookie

Improper authorization in Themeisle Otter Blocks 3.1.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to read Stripe-gated WordPress content. The get_customer_data method accepts an unsigned o_stripe_data cookie as proof of product ownership, and check_purchase skips Stripe API verification for one-time payments. Unauthenticated access requires a forged cookie containing the target product ID exposed by the checkout block; the result is disclosure of purchase-gated content.
