Local process crash via null filename formatting

Null-pointer dereference in processmp4 in CCExtractor 0.96.5 and earlier allows local users to crash the process during MP4 handling. processmp4 passes an unchecked null file parameter to mprint as a string argument, causing the formatter's length read to dereference it. A local user must make the command-line tool process the public reproducer; the observed consequence is a process crash, not code execution or data disclosure.
