Authenticated service crash via unbounded submit-url copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in D-Link DWR-M960 1.01.07 allows remote authenticated users to crash the web service via submit-url. In sub_425FF8, the save_apply branch passes the HTTP submit-url value to strcpy, which copies it into the global wizard_htm buffer without a length check. Management access and the save_apply path are required; the published proof of concept makes the device unreachable by crashing boa.
