Unauthenticated CGI execution via ScriptAlias path mismatch

Incorrect authorization in Erlang/OTP inets httpd allows remote attackers to execute protected CGI scripts without authentication. mod_alias omits script_alias mappings when mod_auth resolves a request, so authorization checks the DocumentRoot-relative path while mod_cgi executes the external mapped target. Exploitation requires inets httpd with script_alias targeting outside DocumentRoot and directory-based mod_auth rules; successful requests run the protected CGI program and expose its output or actions.
