CVE-2026-28806Network attack vector

Cross-organization device control via unscoped identifiers

Published Mar 10, 2026 · Updated Mar 10, 2026

Improper authorization in NervesHub before 2.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to control devices across organizations. Bulk-action handlers omit the authenticated scope, while the Device API plug fetches attacker-selected identifiers without restricting them to the user's organization. A low-privileged account can move foreign devices to attacker-controlled products and disrupt firmware delivery or connectivity; enabled remote consoles expose affected devices to compromise.
