Unauthenticated crash via unsynchronized OAuth2 state map

Denial of service in OliveTin before 3000.10.3 allows remote attackers to crash the server through concurrent OAuth2 login requests. The OAuth2 handler reads and writes its shared registeredStates map without synchronization, so parallel /oauth/login handling triggers a fatal Go concurrent-map panic. Exploitation requires OAuth2 to be enabled and network-reachable; no authentication is required, and the process terminates until restarted.
