Authenticated path disclosure via unsanitized filename

Path traversal in Open WebUI before 0.8.6 allows remote authenticated users to disclose the server's absolute DATA_DIR path. The audio transcription handler derives an extension from the raw multipart filename, embeds it in a path passed to open(), and returns the resulting FileNotFoundError verbatim. Any verified non-admin account can trigger the error on default deployments, but a fresh UUID path component prevents arbitrary file writes.
