CVE-2026-28770Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated reflected XSS via unescaped XML response

Published Mar 4, 2026 · Updated Mar 4, 2026

XML injection in the IDC SFX Series receiver web interface version 101 allows remote authenticated users to inject arbitrary XML. The giveResponse routine interpolates the file parameter verbatim into response XML without entity escaping, allowing crafted markup to alter the document. Valid web-interface credentials are required; demonstrated abuse produces reflected script execution in the management response.
