Path enumeration via unrestricted directory traversal
Published Jun 26, 2026 · Updated Jun 26, 2026
Path traversal in Daktronics DMP-5000, DMP-8000, and VFC-DMP-5000 firmware allows remote attackers to enumerate file-system paths. The firmware accepts a path that escapes its intended directory and returns arbitrary path listings; CISA has not identified the affected endpoint or disclosed the validation error. Unauthenticated access is sufficient on some configurations, while others require authenticated access; the published impact is path-name disclosure, not confirmed file-content access.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=0 <v10.34.x.x
