Heap data disclosure via MAT size overflow

Out-of-bounds read in ImageMagick's MAT decoder before 7.1.2-16 or 6.9.13-41 allows remote attackers to read heap data via a crafted MAT image. Incorrect parentheses cause the decoder's size calculation to remain in 32-bit arithmetic, and the wrapped result drives an eight-byte read past the allocated heap buffer. No credentials or user interaction are required; the over-read can expose adjacent process memory and disrupt decoding without modifying data.
