Rejected JWT cookie encryption finding

CVE-2026-28678 was rejected after further research determined that DSA Study Hub's JWT cookie handling was not a vulnerability. The withdrawn report had characterized the JWT payloads placed in HTTP-only cookies by server/routes/auth.js as insufficiently protected, but the current authoritative record removes that finding. No affected versions, attacker path, or security impact should be attributed to this rejected record.
