Local privilege escalation via missing Blobstore permission check

Improper privilege management in Google Android XR 14 allows local users to access other applications' files through MicroXR Blobstore. MicroXR Blobstore omits a permission check when one application requests files owned by another application. No additional execution privileges or user interaction are required, and the bounded consequence is unauthorized cross-application file access.
