Local location metadata disclosure via permission bypass

Information disclosure in Google Android 17 allows local users to retrieve protected location metadata through MediaProvider queries. MediaProvider.java's getQueryBuilderInternal builds a query without correctly enforcing the ACCESS_MEDIA_LOCATION permission, exposing metadata that scoped storage normally redacts. A local app needs no additional execution privileges or user interaction to read the affected metadata.
