Local privilege escalation via slice permission bypass

Permission bypass in Google Android 14, 15, 16, 16-qpr2, and 17 allows local users to escalate privileges through a slice request. SlicePermissionActivity.java's onCreate method acts as a confused deputy and grants a requested slice permission without correctly enforcing the caller's authority. A local application can reach the flaw without user interaction or additional execution privileges, gaining permissions assigned through the trusted SystemUI component.
