Local privilege escalation via oversized vibration serialization

A bounds-check flaw in Google Android 16 and 16-qpr2 allows local users to elevate privileges through oversized vibration effects. NotificationChannel persistence serializes huge vibration effects after only an approximate size check during unparceling, allowing stored state to desynchronize. A low-privileged local process can trigger the flaw without user interaction and gain elevated access; remote reachability is not reported.
