OSPF daemon crash via TLV length wraparound

Integer overflow in FRRouting before 10.5.3 allows attackers with an OSPF adjacency to crash the OSPF daemon via opaque LSAs. Seven Traffic Engineering and Segment Routing TLV parsers store 32-bit TLV_SIZE() results in 16-bit loop counters, allowing wraparound while pointer advancement continues beyond the LSA buffer. A malicious Type 10 or Type 11 LS Update from an established neighbor can crash every affected router in the OSPF area or autonomous system.
