Untrusted model loading via suppressed repository warnings

Trust-check bypass in ONNX 1.20.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to load unverified models through onnx.hub.load(). When silent=True, the function disregards a failed repository check by suppressing its warning and confirmation path, while trusting a hash from the same repository manifest. Exploitation requires a pipeline to use silent=True with an external repository string; malicious model code then receives the pipeline's host access.
