Unauthenticated SQL injection via registration username

SQL injection in SourceCodester Simple Responsive Tourism Website 1.0 allows remote attackers to access its database through registration. The register handler in classes/Master.php places the submitted username directly into an SQL query without validation or parameter binding. No authentication or user interaction is required, and crafted input supports unauthorized database reads, changes, or service interruption.
