Credential substitution via unchecked OAuth callback state

CSRF in OpenClaw before 2026.2.14 allows remote attackers to substitute credentials through the manual Chutes OAuth flow. The parseOAuthCallbackInput function accepts a pasted authorization code as valid while assigning the expected state without verifying returned state. Exploitation requires a user to paste attacker-controlled callback data, after which tokens for the wrong Chutes account persist; the automatic callback flow is unaffected.
