Authenticated OS command execution via unsanitized Isp_Name

OS command injection in UTT HiPER 520 1.7.7-160105 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through Isp_Name. The sub_44EFB4 handler for /goform/formReleaseConnect fails to neutralize shell metacharacters in Isp_Name before invoking an operating-system command. Administrative web-interface privileges are required, and successful injection permits command execution in the router's operating-system context.
