Authentication bypass in Microchip TimePictra 11.0 through 11.3 SP2 allows remote attackers to create or delete network elements. TimePictra accepts specially crafted POST requests at URI endpoints that create or delete tracked network elements without checking authentication. No account or user interaction is required; successful requests alter the synchronization-management inventory rather than the managed devices themselves.
