Internal service access via trusted proxy URL
Published Feb 27, 2026 · Updated Feb 27, 2026
SSRF in Gradio before 6.6.0 allows remote attackers to send arbitrary HTTP requests through a server that loads a malicious Space. Blocks.from_config trusts the Space-controlled proxy_url and adds its host to the reverse-proxy allowlist without restricting it to Hugging Face Space hosts. Exposure requires an application to load an attacker-controlled Space with gr.load(); the attacker can then read cloud metadata and internal services through the application proxy route.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
