Internal network probing via unrestricted image import

SSRF in Canonical LXD 4.0.0 through 6.9 allows remote authenticated users to probe internal services through image imports. The imgPostURLInfo path sends HEAD requests to attacker-supplied URLs through a dialer that permits private, loopback, and link-local addresses and follows redirects without revalidating their destinations. The can_create_images entitlement is required; differentiated operation errors reveal reachability and port state, while response-body hash validation blocks direct content exfiltration.
