Authenticated server crash via unbounded request-body read
Published May 13, 2026 · Updated May 13, 2026
Denial of service in Grafana OSS allows remote authenticated users to crash the server through crafted plugin resource requests. The plugin resources endpoint reads the entire attacker-controlled request body into memory without a size limit, permitting unbounded allocation. Any authenticated user who can reach the endpoint can exhaust process memory and cause an out-of-memory crash, with no reported confidentiality or integrity impact.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
