Authenticated arbitrary file read and write via GET/PUT
Published Jun 22, 2026 · Updated Jun 22, 2026
Improper access control in Grafana Labs Snowflake data source 1.14.7 through 1.14.12 allows remote authenticated users to read or write files. The query execution path accepts Snowflake GET and PUT commands without restricting their file-transfer operations between Grafana and Snowflake. Access to run queries against the configured data source is required; transferred files expose or alter endpoint data and support privilege escalation when writable files influence privileged execution.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
