Authenticated host code execution via evaluated query expressions

Eval injection in OpenStack Vitrage before 12.0.1 and versions 13.0.0, 14.0.0, and 15.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. _create_query_expression builds a Python lambda string from attacker-controlled query keys and values, and create_predicate passes it to eval(). A user must hold permission to access the Vitrage API; successful exploitation runs arbitrary Python with the Vitrage service account and can compromise its host.
