Unrestricted file upload in SolarWinds Web Help Desk 2026.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the server without authentication. The file-upload path accepts arbitrary files without authentication or storage limits, allowing repeated submissions to exhaust the application volume. The attack is network-reachable and requires no user interaction; exhaustion of the hosting volume interrupts the Web Help Desk service.
