Unauthenticated stored script execution via unescaped notification input

Stored XSS in 100plugins Open User Map PRO 1.4.31 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts via a crafted notification. The plugin accepts the oum_location_notification parameter without sufficient sanitization and later renders it without context-appropriate escaping. No authentication is required to store the payload, but execution requires a user to open the affected page, exposing that browser session to script-controlled content.
