Cross-charger session termination via unchecked transaction ownership

Improper access control in SteVe 3.11.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to terminate other chargers' active sessions. OcppServerRepositoryImpl.getTransaction selects a sequential transactionId without constraining the query to the requesting chargeBoxId. A registered charger can enumerate transaction identifiers and interrupt active charging sessions across the managed network.
