Pre-authentication server crash via uninitialized crypt callback

NULL pointer dereference in Firebird before 3.0.14, 4.0.7, and 5.0.4 allows remote attackers to crash the database server. The pre-authentication request dispatcher accepts opcode 97 before port_server_crypt_callback is initialized and dereferences the null handler while processing the callback. Knowledge of the server IP address and listening port is sufficient; sending the packet terminates the Firebird server process.
