Code execution via evaluated speech log entries

Code injection in NVDA Dev & Test Toolbox 2.0 through 8.0 allows attackers to execute code by supplying a crafted log file. The Log Reader passes the text of speech entries to Python eval(), so expressions embedded in an entry execute instead of remaining inert log data. Exploitation requires a user to open the file and invoke a next or previous log-message command; code runs with that user's privileges.
