Unauthenticated account access via unchecked email verification
Published Aug 13, 2026 · Updated Aug 13, 2026
Broken authentication in rtCamp Log in with Google 1.4.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to access WordPress accounts without credentials. The Google OAuth callback trusts the returned email address when identifying a WordPress user without requiring the email_verified claim to be true. Remote attackers need only network access to a site exposing the plugin's Google login flow; exploitation grants the matched account's privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
