Key recovery via predictable PUF derivation

Predictable key generation in Silicon Labs Simplicity SDK 2025.12.1 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to recover user keys. The legacy PSA_ALG_PBKDF2_AES_CMAC_PRF_128 path derives user keys from the built-in PUF key without producing unique, unpredictable output. Exploitation requires an EFR32xG27 device using that PUF-backed path; recovered keys expose protected data and systems that trust those keys.
