Authenticated RCE via appended certificate content

Command injection in Coolify before 4.0.0-beta.464 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands on managed server hosts. The saveCaCertificate() method accepts data after a valid PEM end marker, and writeCertificateToServer() inserts the full value into an unescaped shell echo command. Any account linked to a managed server can trigger execution as its configured SSH user, which is typically root or Docker-privileged and exposes the host and containers.
