Host command execution via unescaped single-quote breakout
Published Jun 30, 2026 · Updated Jun 30, 2026
OS command injection in Coolify before 4.0.0-beta.464 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands on managed server hosts. executeInDocker() encloses custom Docker Compose build and start commands in a single-quoted bash -c argument without escaping embedded single quotes. Write-scoped API access and application-update authorization are required; injected commands escape the builder container and run on the managed host.
