Memory corruption via uncleared finalization registry queues

Use-after-free in Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird before 148 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory through crafted JavaScript content. During garbage-collection sweeping, FinalizationQueueObject retains records owned by a dead FinalizationRegistry instead of clearing its vector, and later tracing follows references to freed objects. Reaching the flaw requires attacker-controlled JavaScript execution; Thunderbird disables scripting during ordinary message reading, limiting its exposure to browser-like contexts.
