Sensitive-data exposure in the Terraform Provider for Linode before 3.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to read secrets from debug logs. Instance, disk, StackScript, image-share, object-storage, and NodeBalancer paths passed entire option structures containing passwords, scripts, tokens, object data, or TLS keys to Terraform's logger without field filtering. The issue is reachable only when provider debug logging is explicitly enabled and the user can access local, CI/CD, or centralized provider logs; confidentiality is the bounded consequence.
