Authenticated arbitrary file upload via multiline regex
Published Mar 17, 2026 · Updated Mar 18, 2026
Incorrect regular expression in LDAP Account Manager before 9.5 allows remote authenticated users to upload arbitrary files via PDF export. The PDF logo validator uses a multiline end anchor that accepts a permitted .png or .jpg suffix before a newline while retaining the full filename for storage. Access requires an LDAP login or the master configuration password; paired with the separate PDF local-file-inclusion flaw, an uploaded PHP file executes as the web server user.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
