Database disclosure via untyped Activity List identifier
Published Apr 3, 2026 · Updated Apr 3, 2026
SQL injection in Piwigo before 16.3.0 allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to read database contents. The ws_getActivityList function concatenates the untyped id parameter into the Activity List SQL WHERE clause, bypassing API type validation. Administrator authentication is required; crafted requests can disclose password hashes, email addresses, private-photo metadata, and activity logs.
