Authenticated service crash via uncapped exemplars hint

Denial of service in Grafana Tempo before 2.10.2 allows remote authenticated users to crash the service via a crafted TraceQL query. The metrics query-range path accepts an exemplars hint above the configured maximum and propagates it through sharding and result combination, causing excessive exemplar allocation. Reachability requires authenticated query access to Tempo or Grafana Enterprise Traces, and the bounded impact is an out-of-memory process crash.
