Direct data-source password disclosure through public dashboards

Information disclosure in affected Grafana releases allows remote authenticated users to read direct data-source passwords through public dashboards. The public-dashboard path includes every direct-mode data-source password even when the dashboard never references that source; Grafana Labs has not published the responsible function. A low-privileged Grafana account and at least one public dashboard plus a direct-mode data source are required, and proxied data-source passwords are not exposed.
