CVE-2026-27876Network attack vector

Remote code execution via SQL Expressions file write

Published Mar 27, 2026 · Updated Mar 27, 2026

Arbitrary file write in affected Grafana Enterprise releases allows remote authenticated users to execute code on the host. SQL Expressions accepts attacker-controlled syntax that writes arbitrary files, enabling a Sqlyze driver overwrite or an AWS data source configuration write that leads to execution. Viewer-level query access and the sqlExpressions feature toggle are required; the consequence is full host compromise under the Grafana service context.
