Cleartext credential storage in Simplex Incident Manager / Autocall Fire Administrator before 2.01.05 allows local users to extract credentials. While running, the application retains passwords and authentication tokens unencrypted in process memory, where memory-dumping tools can retrieve them. Low-privileged local access and high-complexity conditions are required; exposed credentials enable unauthorized access to the application and connected systems.
