Unauthenticated root command execution via TLS-SRP username

OS command injection in Linksys MR9600 1.0.4.205530 and MX4200 1.0.13.210200 allows remote attackers to execute commands as root. The sct_server service on TCP port 6060 passes the TLS-SRP username to smcdb_auth as an unneutralized command-line argument. The service listens on every interface except WAN, and no valid username or password is required, so access to a non-WAN network grants root-level command execution.
