Workout-data disclosure via user-unscoped routine cache keys

Authorization bypass in wger 2.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read other users' routine details through the API. Five routine action handlers in wger/manager/api/views.py return responses cached only by routine primary key before self.get_object() enforces ownership. Exploitation requires a registered account, knowledge of a routine identifier, and a victim-populated cache entry, exposing workout sequences, structure, logs, and statistics.
