Root escalation via Tcl command injection

Command injection in Fleet Orbit before 4.81.1 allows local users to execute arbitrary commands as root during FileVault key rotation. The rotation flow inserts a GUI-supplied password into brace-quoted Tcl send text and passes the resulting script to expect -c without neutralizing a closing brace. Any unprivileged user on a managed macOS endpoint can supply a closing brace to end the literal and run injected Tcl with Orbit's root privileges.
