CVE-2026-27793Network attack vector

Credential disclosure via unchecked profile lookup

Published Feb 27, 2026 · Updated Feb 27, 2026

Broken object-level authorization in Seerr before 3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' notification credentials. GET /api/v1/user/:id trusts the caller-controlled id without an ownership or administrator check, eager-loads settings, and serializes notification tokens that filtering fails to remove. Any account is sufficient to disclose Pushover, Pushbullet, and Telegram credentials; the separate unauthenticated account-creation flaw removes that prior-access gate.
