SSRF in Dhrumil Kumbhani Featured Image from Content before 1.7 allows remote authenticated users to fetch internal HTTP resources. The save_post handler accepts an image URL from Author-controlled post content, fetches it without restricting internal destinations, and writes the response into the web-accessible uploads directory. Author-level access and a publish or update action are required; successful exploitation exposes internal HTTP responses through uploaded files.
